The trip will need to be paid in full by March 10th

In the event you are actually not able to make the trip:

• You will receive a full refund if you cancel by February 10th.

• You will receive a 50% refund if you cancel by March 10th.

• You will NOT be able to receive a refund if you cancel after March 10th.
