As Ron’s Way plans our second Chili Cook-Off & Silent Auction, we are on the search for a new event logo!

The purpose of this contest is to design a logo for Ron’s Way Chili Cook-Off & Silent Auction. Ron’s Way Chili Cook-Off & Silent Auction is a fundraiser supporting our ministry to widows. Proceeds from this event help fund year-round support and outreach- especially our biggest event, the annual Christmas Party. The logo may be used in all media – including online, print, on merchandise, and other visual collateral.

The Prize:

The winner will receive $250 along with the opportunity to be featured on our website and social media!

The Design Guidelines:

Logos are to include our ministry’s name, “Ron’s Way” and the event name “Chili Cook-Off & Silent Auction”.

In order to be able to reuse this logo year after year, we do NOT want the year included.

The Official Contest Rules:

  • All submitted work must be the original work of the entrant(s) and must not include, be based on, or be derived from any pre-existing or third-party designs, trademarks, or copyrighted images.

  • All entries will become the property of Ron’s Way. By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees that any and all intellectual property rights in the logo design are deemed assigned to Ron’s Way.

  • Ron’s Way reserves the right, within its sole discretion, to modify the winning logo to better fit the needs of Ron’s Way Chili Cook-Off & Silent Auction event.

  • Contestants may enter as many logo designs as they desire.

  • The selected winner MUST submit a scalable vector version file format (.svg or .psd) OR an editable version (such as a Canva link) in 300 dpi/72 ppi resolution of the winning design, so that it is adaptable to electronic and print media, to reproduction on small and large surfaces, and to use in color or in grayscale.

  • Contestants are encouraged to refer to Ron’s Way's “About Us” section and submit a design that feels consistent with our ministry.

How To Enter:

Designs can be submitted in an editable version (.svg or .psd) or a non-editable version (.jpg, .pdf, or .png). The non-editable files must be saved in 300 dpi/72ppi resolution.

As stated above, if you are chosen as the winner, you MUST be able to provide a high-resolution vector file OR an editable version (such as a Canva link) in 300 dpi/72 ppi resolution.
